Brief info
Antony is a fully qualified Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Business Management (BBM) from Moi University. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He has a wealth of experience spanning over ten (10) years in external audit, internal audit, systems review and accountancy.
Antony has recently undertaken an audit on unclaimed financial assets on Gulf African Bank Limited, Pioneer Insurance Company Limited, Unga Group Plc, Carbacid Investments Plc, USIU Africa, Sameer Africa PLC and Crown Paints Kenya PLC.
He is the Partner Audit & Quality Assurance of the firm and has effectively performed several assignments such as audits of Kenya Institute of Management (K.I.M), Sterling Capital Ltd, Sterling Reit Asset Management Ltd, Afvest Ltd, Gao Yu International Co Ltd, Shine Home International Company Ltd, Endeavours Construction Co. Antony first joined Mutua & Company in January 2010 as an Audit Trainee. He rose through the ranks to the position of Audit Senior in May 2012. He later joined Gachoka & Associates, CPA, in June 2012 as an Audit Senior. Mr. Riungu joined Farmers Choice Ltd in July 2013 as an Internal Auditor until December 2015. He rejoined Mutua & Company in January 2016 as the Audit Manager of the firm and in July 2019 was admitted to the firm as the Partner-Audit and Quality Assurance.
